What size range is offered?

Depending on the brands sizing it can be different. We like to carry when we can XS-XL, as well as sizes 0-12. For special occasion dresses through Jovani we can order 00-24.

 

Do you offer personal stylist?

We are a personal stylist based boutique. Everyone who walks through the store gets the same personal stylist experience. If you have a special event coming we can help you find things to pair with your outfit.

We have clients bring in pieces all the time that we help build an outfit around. We can offer as little or as much help as you are looking for. You can make an appointment with your favorite stylist or walk in any day to talk fashion.

 

Do you provide fittings for special occasion dresses?

Yes, we are trained to measure and fit Jovani special occasions dresses and gowns. This is offered as part of our complimentary personal styling services.

 

Can you gift wrap my order?

We are able to gift wrap your order, when making your purchase make a note so the stylist will know this is a gift. We can also include a personalized note with the gift.

 

Am I able to pre-order items?

At this time, we are not doing pre-orders. We are exploring this option for the future.

 

I found an item that I like, but my size is not available. Am I still able to order?

Call the store Mon.-Sat., 10am-5pm CST at (636) 220-1222 and ask a manager if it is an orderable item.

 

Returns and Exchanges

In-store returns must be regular price Items that have not been worn and have the tags attached may be returned within 7 days of original purchase, when the original receipt is presented. If these Items are past the Return Period they may be exchanged or retuned for store credit within 14 days of original purchase, when the original receipt is presented. Items that meet the requirements above that are returned with a gift receipt will receive store credit for the amount due, within 14 days of the original purchase.

How long will it take to be refunded after I have shipped my return?

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

 

What is the shipping policy?

Pick up in store! Free

We can hold your item in store for 30 days after that time if not picked up we will cancel your order. Before we cancel we will send out an email to both parties to let them know. If you know that you will not be able to pick up your item within the 30 days, you may make different arrangements with the store.

Free Ground Shipping (4-7 business days) On all orders.

2-Day Ground Shipping (2-3 business days) $10.99

Next Day Air Shipping (next business day if the order is placed by 3pm CST) $27.99

    How do I cancel my order?

    You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. We recommend you call the store Mon.-Sat., 10am-5pm CST at (636) 220-1222.

     

    What is the gift card policy?

    Treat this like cash, we cannot re-issue if lost or stolen. These cards cannot be redeemed for cash or be used to purchase other La Ville gift cards. La Ville is not responsible for unauthorized use of cards.

     

    How much can I purchase an in-store gift card for? 

    These can be purchased at any amount.

     

    How can I use the in-store gift card online?
